Yesterday I came across a number of songs by The Bill Gaither Trio. A long time ago I had lots of their LP records, and they were great blessing to me. If you want to be blessed, then listen to some good old Gospel songs. Like they say in one of their songs: “I’ve noticed in the paper all the bad news …” The gospel songs are all GOOD NEWS!<\/p>\n

Because He lives<\/a><\/p>\n This is a very special song, and I have sung it many times in churches. I think I heard Gloria say that they wrote it during the Vietnam war to give hope to people.<\/p>\n 6. Between the cross and heaven<\/a><\/p>\n When I was a teenager, I saw the movie called Wiretapper. At the end of the movie, the guy gets saved. End. The movie was so exciting, all about gangsters and horse racing, but then the story ends. In my young mind, it seemed like everything was so exciting until he got saved, then there was nothing. However, if you read the book of Acts, you will see what life is supposed to be like after you get saved. I have had lots of exciting experiences in my life.<\/p>\n 7. City of gold<\/a><\/p>\n 8. Getting used to the family of God<\/a><\/p>\n This song spoke to my heart yesterday. We are going to spend eternity together, so believes aught to get along now while we are on earth. I have had lots of church people hate me, and I can’t understand why.<\/p>\n 14. God can<\/a><\/p>\n 15. God gave the song<\/a><\/p>\n 16. God took away my yesterdays<\/a><\/p>\n 17. Happiness<\/a><\/p>\n I recorded this song on my LP.<\/p>\n 18. Have you had a Gethsemane<\/a><\/p>\n 19. He\u2019s still the King of kings (and Lord of lords)<\/a><\/p>\n 20. Heaven<\/a><\/p>\n 21. He touched me<\/a><\/p>\n This is one of the most fantastic gospel songs ever written. Thank you Bill Gaither and the Trio.<\/p>\n 22. His will<\/a><\/p>\n 23. House of the Lord<\/a><\/p>\n 24. I am a promise<\/a><\/p>\n 25. I am because<\/a><\/p>\n 26. I am loved<\/a><\/p>\n 27. I believe, help Thou mine unbelief<\/a><\/p>\n 28. I came to praise the Lord<\/a><\/p>\n 29. I could never ever out-love the Lord<\/a><\/p>\n 30. If it keeps on getting better<\/a><\/p>\n 31. If that isn\u2019t love<\/a><\/p>\n 32. I heard the voice of Jesus say<\/a><\/p>\n 33. I\u2019ll walk into that sunset<\/a><\/p>\n 34. In the upper room<\/a><\/p>\n This is another fantastic gospel song.<\/p>\n 35. Into my heart<\/a><\/p>\n 36. I just feel like something good is about to happen<\/a><\/p>\n 37. It is finished<\/a><\/p>\n 38. It is well with my soul<\/a><\/p>\n 39. It\u2019s a miracle<\/a><\/p>\n 40. It\u2019s just like my Lord<\/a><\/p>\n 41. It will be worth it all<\/a><\/p>\n 42. I\u2019ve been to Calvary<\/a><\/p>\n 43. I\u2019ve never loved Him Better<\/a><\/p>\n 44. The church triumphant<\/a><\/p>\n I think the man who introduced them said that The Gaither Trio have written over 500 songs.<\/p>\n 65. The King is coming<\/a><\/p>\n 66. The longer I serve Him<\/a><\/p>\n 67. Then came the morning<\/a><\/p>\n 68. Then He said sing<\/a><\/p>\n 69. The old rugged cross made the difference<\/a><\/p>\n 70. There\u2019s something about a mountain<\/a><\/p>\n This song became a favorite of mine when we were by Table Mountain having meetings back in the 70’s.<\/p>\n 71. There\u2019s something about that name<\/a><\/p>\n 72. The resurrection morn<\/a><\/p>\n 73. The Spirit of Jesus<\/a><\/p>\n 74. Think on the good things<\/a><\/p>\n 75. This could be the dawning of that day<\/a><\/p>\n 76. This is the time I must sing<\/a><\/p>\n 77. Through it all<\/a><\/p>\n 78. Walk on the water<\/a><\/p>\n 79. We are so blessed<\/a><\/p>\n 80.
